"Work-Funded-Tuition" is a contract between you, your employer and APEC University that will ensure that much of the learning you do is directly associated with your job and the strategic goals and needs of your organization. Your organization will be encouraged to pay for your program when they understand that by doing a work-based degree program, you are more likely to remain employed with your organization after you finish your program and become a more motivated, self-managed, innovative employee. And that the funded Tuition will be of direct, and timely benefit to them and the organisation.

At APEC you can custom design your course work so that it is 100% relevant to your speciality, and / or employer’s area of operations.

You can choose to integrate your degree program with your job through work-based-learning. Thereby, generating immediate return to your benefit and that of your employer, and so justifying 100% employer-funded tuition.

Work-based-learning is defined as the study, or research, program you customise to be 100% relevant to your area of responsibility in your work, or area of expertise, and that can be shown to give immediate return on investment to your employer’s business. Thereby, gaining your employer’s commitment to cover the full cost of your tuition.

APEC is committed to you receiving the full support of your employer by way of you customising your area of study, or research that best benefits you, and your employer, and provided immediate return on investment.

You can obtain your employer’s commitment to your study, or research by using your initial profile paper to show the return on investment your study projects to return. Let them know that your APEC program includes work-based-learning.

You can tell your employer that APEC, through your customised work-based-learning agreement between you, APEC and your employer can ensure that the learning you do is closely linked with your job your employer’s strategic plan, goals and needs of your organisation.
