“Dear Prospective Doctors, Masters and Graduates,

I open my welcoming remarks to you by quoting a little Success EQ parable:

“Two men started working for a company at the same time. They were very much alike. They had equivalent qualifications and each man was filled with ambitious dreams for his future. Over time they married and each had two children. They both stayed with the company. However, there was a small difference, one of the men was manager for a small department and the other was the managing director.”

My question is relevant to each of you as you consider your future. Have you ever wondered why some people succeed or excel and others bottom-out or fail?
